I used this company 6 years ago when moving out of my previous property and they did a good job but they've cleaning gone down hill since. I ordered Handy sQuad home cleaning services as a pre onam cleanup and they delivered a fantastic job. I was offered no form of discount for the original quote despite the lateness and poor cleaning job. When I complained the next day I was told they could come and clean again the next day, but I had tenants moving in so this was useless to me. They spoke barely any English so was very hard to communicate with them. I had to cancel my evening plans and was left waiting at my flat for hours. They finished cleaning at 19:30pm and should have finished at 16:30 if they were on time. They missed an entire storeroom to be cleaned and there was still dust and fluff throughout property.
They parked in the incorrect parking space despite reminding them constantly to move risking parking fines for myself.
When you hire us, you get a sparkling clean house or apartment and you. They were almost 2 hours late, and kept telling me they were almost there.
